Making a purchase from this website indicates that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
30 day money-back guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with a 30 day ‘no-quibble’ money-back guarantee. If you are not delighted with tingletip, for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the amount you paid us. Please email us first to request a Returns Number, stating whether you would prefer us to send a free replacement, or to receive a full refund. Please ensure that you include your email address, name or address from our shipping note, or Transaction ID and order date, so that we can identify the transaction to credit! On receipt of your returns request email, we will provide an International FreePost address so that you do not even have to pay the return postage. If you post your return to us without using this FreePost address, we will not reimburse your return postage costs. We will credit the credit/debit card used to make the original order within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
12 month guarantee
We guarantee tingletip for 12 months from receipt. If your tingletip develops a fault within the first 12 months, please email us to request a Returns Number, return your faulty tingletip with your Returns Number to our Returns address, and we will send you a new replacement tingletip free of charge. You will have to pay for the return postage which we will not refund. If your tingletip develops a fault within the first 30 days you also have the option to request a full refund as above, instead of a free replacement. Please note tingletip is manufactured using similar materials to those used in electric toothbrush heads, which are designed to have a finite life and be replaced on a regular basis. Therefore do not expect your tingletip to last for ever. However, tingletip is a high-quality product and we guarantee tingletip for 12 months.

We aim to respond to your emails within 1 working day. On receipt of your returns request email, we will provide an International FreePost address so that you do not even have to pay the return postage. If you post your return to us without using this FreePost address, we will not reimburse your return postage costs. Please note that product returns cannot be accepted in person at our office address. Customers in the European Union are protected under the European Distance Selling Directive. This gives the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after receipt of the order. We only take online orders and payment when tingletip is in stock. We aim to ship your order within 1 working day. Delivery normally takes 1-2 days within the UK, 2-3 days within Europe, 7-10 days outside of Europe.
Prices are quoted in UK pounds. Delivery outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes. These are your responsibility where they apply, and we cannot refund these in any circumstance.

tingletip is sold as a novelty toy. Creayta Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to the above, Creayta Ltd. excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect or consequential loss. These terms are subject to the laws of England. We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.
